Add apricot jam to Dijon mustard to create a paste like consistency. The amount of apricot jam can be adjusted to create the sweetness you desire. Add a splash of beer to get a glaze consistency (should be able to paint on with minimal dripping off the ham). But if you love beer too much to share, just use Dijon mustard and apricot jam.
