Spice up your cheese platter with heights and shapes. Variation in heights (some lying flat and others standing up) looks amazing. Cut rounds into sections, cut blocks diagonally and use the new shapes to stack and stand up. Don’t over crowd your cheese board, making sure there is space between each item. Add a few strawberries and a little quince paste for colour.
